For the Chicken
  1. 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  2. 3 Boneless, skinless, organic chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
For the Sauce
  1. Juice of 1 organic lime
  2. 2 tablespoon coconut aminos
  3. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  4. 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  5. 1 garlic clove, minced
  6. 1 tablespoon raw organic honey
  7. 1 teaspoon granulated onion
For theToppings
  1. Chopped green onions
  2. Sesame seeds
What you do
  1. Mix sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken.
  4. Cook chicken, stirring occasionally, until browned and almost done. About 5 minutes.
  5. Add sauce to skillet, turn heat to low and simmer, uncovered for another 5 minutes, or until chicken pieces are cooked through.
  6. Top with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
