Maple Mustard Marinated Chicken – Paleo

This meal is SUPER simple and it lasted me quite a few days. I would even recommend making a bit more of the mustard mixture to top your meals off with…can’t hurt having a bit more, right?

You should not pour the marinade that had raw chicken in it uncooked. I reserve some marinade and don’t put the chicken in it. Alternatively, I’m pretty sure if you cooked the marinade that had the chicken it would be fine, just cold and directly eaten. Poultry and salmonella can be tricky.

Something to say? We want to hear it!
